A pet-nat style Rosé, this wine brings the party as soon as you open it up! To differentiate it from our still Rosé, we made it with 100% Grenache Noir. The berries were foot-stomped and the juice sat on the skins for 3 hours before it was pressed to tank and fermented cold until it had just 3% sugar left. The wine spent 3 months in barrel, continuing to ferment until we canned it with the last bit of sugar fermenting completely dry in the can, resulting in a soft, foamy mousse.

Each can is 250mL, slightly less than 2 glasses of wine. Three cans is the equivalent of a standard bottle of wine (750mL).
